Subject	Purchased a TT engine for 100 bucks, now what?

Message	Just purchased a "complete" TT engine minus turbos for 100 bucks off of Craigslist. What would be the first couple of basic things you guys would do to give the engine a fairly rudimentary shakedown? Going to snag an engine stand tomorrow, also off of Craigslist for 50 bucks. Funny story, somehow managed to shove the engine into the back of my '95 Celica Hatchback w/ an engine hoist. Now I have no idea how to get it out. It's been sitting in the hatch since last night. I'll probably end up having to take the hatch off.
